WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SERRAN ACCEPT?

We accept major payment cards, namely MasterCard , Visa, Maestro and PayPal. Serran also supports Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code verification.

 

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

You will be required to ensure that someone be present to sign, and confirm acceptance of the delivery, when it arrives. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, then it may be taken to a local collection point. You can track your order by logging into your account.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING COST?

DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

- Standard Delivery - Free 
- Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the following working day.
- A signature will be required on delivery. 
- Parcel tracking will be emailed to you and will be available online. 
- Deliveries are Monday-Friday only. Our courier doesn't deliver on weekends or bank holidays

CAN I CHANGE/ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?

If you have any concerns relating to your order, please contact our customer service team by emailing info@serran.co.uk. Please note we will not be able to amend any order details once the order is dispatched.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a series of emails notifying you of the status of your order. Also, if you have registered an account online, then you will be able to log into your order to view its progress.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of your order details and a tracking number. Using this tracking number you will be able to track online and have the option of email and text notifications.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER ITEMS?

You are able to return your online order to any of our market hotspot stands for a full refund. You can also send your order to our Greenwich office address provided on the contact page. 

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER ITEM/S?

You can return your online order within 28 days of receipt.

DO YOU OFFER A GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE?

Yes, we are able to offer a personalised message or gift wrapping service for online orders and offline orders.
